The sketch was disseminated widely throughout the state. Jeff Bailey is the current sheriff of Union. Back then, he was a young deputy just starting out. And we were looking through files and probation pro who had a criminal history of child molestation or, you know, crimes against children. And we were trying to put that face together with pictures that we had.
