It's got romance. It's got tragedy. And it also gives you brass band music live on stage. The writer of the play, Paul Allen, has done a really great job adapting it for the stage.

It's the 40th anniversary of the miners' strike and this play is about a community who are still affected by by the closures of the pits, and they themselves face the tragedy of having their colliery shut down.
