That's what 5 to 7 a.m. in the morning are for. And I did it. And I did it because I said I was going to do it. And I didn't know if the outcome was going to work because the first three years, that needle didn't move on the scale.

I was like going, why? But you know what was happening? I lost, not only did I lose pounds, I lost 13% body fat. Everything changed. You need some resistance training. It is yours for the taking.
