I think that the lead detective, Detective Broderick in this case, was so obsessed and so convinced of Tim Masters' guilt, he was willing to do anything to get a conviction of Tim Masters in this case.

We didn't have a photograph of number three or four where you could see horizontal lines. But the FBI did, and Lieutenant Broderick did, and had they given it to us, it might have made a huge difference at trial. They got all of that.
