Children who are not going to get the psychosocial support that they absolutely need to help them to live lifelong on therapy. So it's as much as We are so lucky in South Africa that the ARVs are going to be there. They're going to be sitting there. However, to help people and especially people living in really difficult situations to be able to stay on lifelong therapy, it requires a lot.

It requires a lot of management. A lot of differentiation of services and a lot of other quality improvement initiatives that are in the long run going to lead to deaths. And that's not even looking at the research and development that's been halted and that is going to push us all backwards in terms of our response.
