I had a chance to talk to the FBI agent, and I asked him, you know, okay, what did you do? And he described these tests that they had run. Well, I would put that in parentheses, tests that they had run. And they're basically hokey. And essentially, that's what I testified to, you know, at the trial, that these were not reliable scientific tests. These were guesstimates.

And also that the FBI person who ran the test knew that one of them came from the defendant and the other came from the victim. It should have been done blind. I mean, if you're really doing this professionally, it should have been done blind. And also, you should have been using better techniques.

Yeah, I'd forgotten that, you know, the aspect of the distance. And well, the tests themselves were bogus. And then the claim was bogus. Yeah. So you put it all together and there wasn't much there. The FBI agent said to me, he said, oh, we've dealt with plenty of people from the universities. He says, we always win because we're the FBI. That's what he said. Something to that effect. Ridiculous.
