Like we, myself and members of the Democratic Women's Caucus marched together to Speaker Johnson's office.

There was an A-frame, like one of those little, like little tiny A-frames with a foam sort of display on it.

that was moved over to one side.

There was a police officer there and he said, he put his hands on one of the members and she said, do not touch me.

I'm a member of Congress.

He moved to one side.

We stood there at the podium, not at his door and ended up going back out into the rotunda.

And one of the spins I heard that that was like the January 6th invasion.

I'm like, oh my gosh, we were literally there.

I'm so glad that,

someone was filming the entire time because that's the kind of stuff that you just have to scratch your head and go, how does that come out of your mouth with you having a straight face?

I mean, have you been lying so often that you just don't even recognize the truth if it comes up and bites you?

You know, I'm very hopeful.

I have been welcomed by every member of the Democratic caucus.
