Raymond Rowe did do this. It almost seems like he was taunting or enjoying the fact that he got away with killing her. He wasn't hiding.

You can't help but think how many other families may finally get answers.

Emily, she was so cool. She was young, she had good clothes, she had that big smile, pretty blonde hair, and just that energy, it just made you want to spend more time with her.
