At first, we were honestly following our gut or mainly the user feedback was guiding us a lot, maybe more than it's supposed to. But since we were not used to the idea of people using our product, we were trying to listen to everything, anything that the customers say, which was helpful to verify that we are doing the right thing, at least for some people.
