No, listen, I think when you go from coordinator to head coach, you're looking for a great situation. And that's what I felt like Chicago had to offer. I felt really strongly about the ownership, George McCaskey, President Kevin Warren, Ryan Poles, obviously. I felt really strongly about that setup. And I felt like we could win not only in the near future, but long term as well.

Yeah, I experienced it when I was in Miami. Gase was the head coach, and he was calling it. And that's where having Dennis Allen in the building and on the sideline is going to be huge relief because he's been there. He's done that. I have a lot of trust in what he can do on that side of the ball. Richard Hightower is a carryover. Coach for special teams. He's got a lot of skins on the wall.
