He pushed her onto the ground and he started kicking her in the stomach and in the back. And he was like saying that he was going to kill her at this time. I heard my mom screaming for help, obviously. And then he put his foot on the side of her face and pushed it into the ground. And I didn't hear her anymore. And so I went to my mom's room and I went at her end table and I grabbed her gun.

He took the gun from me. And then he shot him again. He told my mom to take us out of the house, take us to school. We're not to tell anybody. We can't call the cops. We can't say anything. Or else he was going to do the same thing to me and my brother.
