I will say that an org structure, number one, it's a living thing. So whatever I tell you today may not be true tomorrow. And I think you have to be agile there. But broadly, how we think about structuring our teams, I think is pretty well documented in the industry around Amazon, which is we want single-threaded teams that can focus on a particular problem and move fast.
