I spoke with the assistant principal over there at the school where the park is, and they haven't seen Kim or any other child. I have no idea where he would be.

Well, he doesn't go to school, but I had a doctor's appointment this morning. When I got back from the doctor's appointment, I checked in on him, said good morning, and he wasn't there. So that would have been about between 8.15, 8.30.
