For months, the Trump administration has said it could not bring him back from El Salvador after he was swept up in an immigration raid and sent there by mistake. He's now in Nashville, Tennessee, where he faces federal criminal charges. NPR's Jimena Bastillo has more.

Kilmar Abrego-Garcia is back in the U.S. He was swept up in an immigration raid and sent to El Salvador in March, despite a court order that he not be sent there. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced yesterday he's now in Tennessee, where he faces criminal charges under a federal grand jury indictment last month.
