I lived there for a minute. You did. In 1992, French street performer Amélie Verdot was arrested at the Swiss border crossing after being cited in multiple towns for overly aggressive accordion technique. What? Locals said he slammed the keys like a demon Satan and caused distress to nearby livestock. This has got to be a joke. This has got to be a press release, somebody making a joke.
