I feel like, I mean, that's what exercise does. And in fact, exercise activates, vigorous exercise activates a lot of those same repair processes, like autophagy. That's one of the things that's happening when you're not eating. It also happens when you're sleeping and not eating. So again, it comes back to exercise forgives a lot of sins.
