Just turn your focus back to your breath and temporarily let go of any other stress. The second part is to focus on and lengthen your exhale. This is something I learned in India when I went there five years ago. They take inhales through the nose. And whatever the time amount through the nose, they teach you to practice twice as long exhale out of the nose.
