I really think that the problem is that there's been a long history of profit for healthcare and that they go into it to profit and – The real problem with that is you want, but you also want the best surgeons, right? You want the best doctors and they have to be motivated. And most of them are motivated both by excelling in their practice and also by material possessions that reward them.
