And so if the EPA says that a particular pesticide is safe, then state by state, it's going to be similar to the vaccines where people cannot sue for harm caused by pesticide injury if it's got the label that the FDA said it was safe. So it's like, oh, well, this is going to create less complexity for farmers and we're going to have less litigation. But it's the devil's in the details.
