OK, but there's sometimes when there's a waiver, but the the attorney didn't explain it. The judge wasn't explicit about it. So once in a while, that waiver will get thrown aside and you can still appeal anyway. And that's what she's trying to do here. They said that they asked her, do you understand that both you and the government will have a right to appeal any sentence I impose?
