He got on his knees in front of a tray of food he had prepared.Police immediately swarmed him, demanding he leave right away. Nobody was supposed to be in the alley, not after what had happened there.The man yelled at the police - “don’t you dare touch the food. Don’t touch it. Please you have to let me do this.
