US-Israel military aid warning, Lebanon’s sectarian tensions, Boeing’s turmoil and Georgia early voting

The U.S. tells Israel to take steps to improve the humanitarian situation in Gaza or face potential restrictions on military aid. The mass displacement in Lebanon war has revived sectarian tensions as Christian and Sunni communities grow uneasy over hosting displaced Shi’ite neighbours. Boeing factory workers held a large rally in Seattle to demand a better wage and pension deal even as the company announced 17,000 job cuts.
