Bazerman is the Jesse Isidor Straus Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. Max is the author or co-author of 13 books (including Complicit, in press, Better, Not, Perfect, 2020; the eighth edition of Judgment in Managerial Decision Making [with Don A. Moore], 2013, Blind Spots [with Ann Tenbrunsel], 2011, and Negotiation Genius [with Deepak Malhotra], 2007. Don A.
