Now it's time to turn off the light and to put away anything you've been playing with or looking at. Make your body as comfortable as possible. And let everything relax. You have done enough for today. Truly, it is enough. Take a deep breath in through the nose. And a soft sigh from your mouth. Do that one more time. Breathe in. Let it out.
