Yeah, there's two other that come to mind immediately. It's unpub.org. They're a system for a group, a nonprofit for doing exactly this. And Metatopia is a convention, I believe in DC, in the DC area, that has that, it's either Philly or DC, but it has that feel where you bring your game and there are playtesters there who are willing to playtest it.
