I mean, really what you had was ethnic enclaves of people who were basically practicing their way of life, just like they did previously, bringing over a lot of their ethnic problems that they had and even some of their cultural, like unique capabilities or whatever, bringing it to America. And then New York City police and others are figuring out like, what the hell do we do with all this?
