Italy's Justice Minister has said that his country had no choice but to free a Libyan military officer wanted for war crimes by the International Criminal Court because of flaws in the arrest warrant. Osama Najim, also known as al-Masri, was released and flown to Libya two days after being detained in Turin last month. Davide Chiglioni reports from Rome.
