One, how do you transform the culture of a company when bad habits are in place? I'm not tolerating the behavior I've been accepting for so long now by standing firm and putting action behind my words, by writing employees up, letting people go if they don't adopt new behaviors to work as a team. But is there anything specific that you would suggest?
