I mean, it's not like people won't talk about these things otherwise, but I think the modal form of exchange otherwise tends more towards the echo chamber, where readers of Steve's Substack or whatever read What's Wrong with the Fifth Circuit, and Fifth Circuit clerks or people who hang out at Fifth Circuit bar events talk about why liberals don't understand what they're talking about.
