Because everything is online at this point, no one is using their real identities. How do you find these people to prosecute them? And how can you expect a platform to reasonably police that if they've proven in some kind of way in court that they have actually used all of the tools at their current disposal, which are inadequate, and we know they are inadequate, to address the situation?
