The FBI in Montana contacted the FBI in Seattle, and they got in touch with the Army Intelligence Agency in Fort Hood, Texas, to discuss the plan. Ryan was over in Seattle, totally oblivious to all this FBI stuff that was going on about him. He was starting to get jumpy, though. When Shannon told him about the meeting, he was excited. And as the meeting drew closer, his excitement got bigger.
