dispute resolution so basically when you would have a customer who would dispute a sale and you would have a vendor who would either agree or dispute it then i would i would manage some of the sometimes on some of those markets i would manage those disputes and i would be the one to decide like do you get a refund do you not get a refund do you get a percentage of a refund like how is that figured out and we would do that by looking at
