Not to say that I'm going crazy doing ureteroscopies or anything, but the reality is I'm definitely seeing it and I'm kind of slowing down, making sure that I keep that pressure a little bit lower. It's not adding a whole lot of time to do it. I mean, I'm not seeing huge differences in time.
