And I think one way that I've seen this mitigated to a degree is that we are trying to understand people's work personalities and how we can coach them to be more effective leaders. So I will tell you full disclosure, when I was a resident, for sure, my work personality was perceived as jarring and sometimes a bit difficult to work with.
