On Sachs' point about the equity markets, there is this thing that people look at called the Buffett indicator. which is the total value of the Wilshire 5000 divided by GDP. He mentioned it in 2000 and said it's probably the most reliable measure of where equities are and where they're about to go. And There is this long run mean when you calculate it going back, you know, 50, 60 years.
