I grandfathered the existing employees and I'm only hiring people in-person now because I feel something very big has been lost in terms of meeting with founders in-person and young people seeing me interact and my other senior team members with those founders in-person during a pitch meeting, during a product jam session, during a fundraising review. Yeah.
