This is a great contrarian prediction, Freeberg. I would build on it that I don't think this is just going to hit blue collar. I'm seeing in the venture industry and in entrepreneurs, All over the place, people who are super qualified, who had six-figure salaries, even to mid-six-figure salaries, not be able to find work or not find work at previous compensation levels. Why?
