Yep. Now, the textbook way to do it is by the cost of your assets as measured on your balance sheet. The way Forrest does it, though, and the way the company still does it today is, no, that's insane. Whatever this is valued at on our balance sheet, whatever it cost us to build this factory 10 years ago, doesn't matter. What matters is, what is the value of it today? Oh, interesting.
