I mean, all of this, you're delivering these kind of complete meals, complete in quotes, but it's carbohydrates with sugar and other carbohydrates. It's fat, it's protein. It's not a ton of protein, but they're energy bars. And it's all because the chocolate seals up the ingredients inside.
