wilfred i raced yesterday but my legs felt better than i thought they would the course i think is a little long but 1847 overall but my watch had me 1802 for 5k but yeah it's decent yeah quite tough course there's a bit out in the woods it's quite hilly and up and down actually quite difficult underfoot
